7. Interact with people
Hello, you are not a robot, to always be on your computer, alright? Don’t miss those casual social functions. Every mom should attend a baby shower or wedding of their friends. Don’t isolate yourself in your working space.
A good productivity management schedule for work from home mom should have time of communicating with fellow humans. Remember, you have been in isolation all day unless you have a baby that is always there disturbing you.
Video call some of your colleagues, chat with them, and tell them how your day was. That will keep you sane and develop your relationship and interaction with others. In addition, those breaks you take can be productive if you communicate with people.
According to Corey Wainwright, “Go outside and find a human to interact with – ordering your coffee, running an errand, whatever. It keeps you sane.”
