4. Take Breaks
This can be a tough thing to do, especially if you are a very focused person looking to achieve a certain milestone. Most productivity management schedules for work from home moms usually incorporate breaks.
Don’t be glued to your computer all day in your chair; that will reduce your productivity. Breaks enable you to recharge, refocus, and refuel. If you are one of those moms who forget to take breaks, set the alarm to remind you.
It would be best if you got out of your working space completely. If possible, stroll and stretch your legs and connect with nature. That will help you refresh. If you are fresh, your level of productivity will be higher.
