6. Live chat
Finally, there is a members-only live chat where only the active members in a chosen level can post a comment when you are streaming. To set this feature on your channel, you will go to your YouTube studio and on top select “Create”. On your left, select “Stream”.
You can use an old stream or a new stream depending on your preference and what you want to get paid from YouTube for.
You will then click on settings (the gear icon) and under the “Live Chat” make a selection of the “Enable members-only chat. Then you will click on “Save” and everything will be perfect.
You are required to come up with at least one of these perks and a maximum of five. As usual, your perks and their content must adhere to the set rules and guidelines. Besides, you must deliver what you have promised your members to be offering.
If you want to see the members that you have acquired, you just need to visit the “Memberships” tab that is under monetization in the YouTube studio.
