So, was this $249,999.99 part of the payment deal for the bug bounty that Sam had done for Google?

However, weeks passed and no one contacted or responded to his letter from Google.

Determined to return the money, the bug-hunter stormed Twitter and told his story

After his tweet was picked up by NPR and other media houses, Google finally made a comment.

Indeed, it was a mistake from Google. They sent the money to a wrong account and wrong person.

Google said they will look into the matter, But days passed and the money was still in Sam's account.
