Why Trump Special Master Recommends James
According to Judge Raymond, James has served in various top secret cases, even on the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
Judge Raymond Dearie told the court that the retired judge will be paid $500 per hour if he accepted the job.
Ex-president Donald J. Trump caters for the costs of reviewing the Mar-a-Lago documents to the judges, including Dearie and the new one that will join him.
According to Dearie, any party can present their grievances. “Any party may include a request for oral argument in its initial brief,” Dearie wrote.
“The Special Master will promptly issue a report and recommendation after briefing and oral argument has been completed,” Dearie said.

Judge Raymond Dearie expects to complete reviewing Trump Mar-a-Lago documents by November 30th, 2022.
