4. Don’t Soak your Feet
I know you could be like, that’s what I always do all the time before scrubbing off the dry skin. Well, according to the experts, you have been doing it the wrong way.
According to Murphy, a Spa Manager at Woodmark Hotel, when you soak your feet, you dehydrate them further and end up making your soles even drier.
Instead of soaking your beautiful feet, take your sugar scrub and apply it directly onto your dry soles and heels. After that, take a moistened towel and wipe the scrub off.
5. Take the Right Foods
Did you know that there are certain foods that will continuously keep the soles of your feet dry and unhealthy? Well, if you never knew, hear it from us; there are unfriendly foods to your feet.
